• Ability to care for children with patience, kindness, and attentiveness

• Understand child behavior, emotions, and developmental needs

• Prior experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider

• Strong communication skills with both children and parents

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

• Responsible, punctual, and professional

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Must pass required background check and clearance
